Selling Questions

We just want you to be transparent. Customers want to be informed of every detail about the shoes you are selling. Customers respect honesty so let’s be honest about your post. If your shoes are in fair, good or excellent condition – please say that and mean what you say. By telling your customer that your shoe is in “Excellent Condition” and they receive the shoe with the bottom soles dirty, then it would only be obvious that your shoe is not in 'Excellent' condition. Now, you have an upset customer!


We ask that you keep your photos as clear as possible with not so much distraction around the shoe. We would prefer a solid lite colored background but it is not a requirement. It is important to show at least 4 images of the shoe (top, bottom soles, sides and maybe a close up. Showing a picture of the bottom soles is required and your shoe post may get rejected if this photo is not submitted with the others). The customers want to see every detail about the shoe you are selling so that they can make a more informed buying decision.

We never charge listing fees for your posts. We do however, charge a low commission of 5% after the sale is made

Feel free to charge any amount you want. However, it is important to be price competitive. The lower the price, the more likely you will get a sale. We do not believe in over-pricing the customer, which is why a lot of customers continue to shop with us. We believe in good quality with affordable pricing for all of our customers.

You can keep track of your sales on your online store portal with us. Simply log into your vendor account to view! Your payments will be made to you within 4 to 24 hours of you providing a tracking number for the order. Note, the tracking must show the item as "in transit" before we can issue funds. Please send all tracking numbers to: help@knoggy.shop. We make all payments to you via Paypal. Knoggy does not charge a “per listing” fee but does charge a small 5% fee per sale. .

Simply shoot us an email at: help@knoggy.shop and we will find another alternative for you that is convenient so that you are paid.

You are fully responsible for all or any returns of the shoes you sell – this means refund requests, exchanges, etc. Knoggy is not responsible for refunding your customers. Please post your refund/return policies when submitting your shoes for sale. If you do not offer refunds, please say that when submitting your post.
